Easy Setup – New or Existing Shipments
The FIST feature is user-friendly, even for beginners.
1.For New Shipments (Created after Dec 26)
Amazon’s system will default to selecting 【Allow FIST carrier to update my delivery window】.Sellers must ensure both of the following are checked:
· Under 【Delivery Window】: Check 【Allow FIST carrier to update my delivery window】
· Under 【Carrier】: Keep the default 【Non-Amazon partnered carrier】–【FIST carrier】 selected.
· Both selections are essential.
2. For Existing Shipments:
If you wish to enable the feature for in-transit or previously created shipments, you may encounter one of three scenarios. Follow the guidelines below:
Scenario 1:
The 【Allow FIST carrier to update my delivery window】 checkbox is already checked.
No action needed. Click “Cancel” to exit the editing page—the feature is already active.
Scenario 2:
The checkbox is present but unchecked.
Complete these three steps:
① Check the 【Allow FIST carrier…】 box.
② Reconfirm the original delivery window selection.
③ Click the confirmation button (red box).
Scenario 3:
The checkbox is not visible in the delivery window editing window.
Follow these steps:
Go to the final step of STA shipment creation: “Tracking Details,” and under “Carrier,” select 【Change carrier】.
On the update page, select 【Huayangda】 (the FIST carrier name) and click “Update.”
Return to the “Edit Delivery Window” page and follow the steps for Scenario 1 or 2.
